Research Schedule
Adviser Edge’s property research division conducts a series of annual reviews into domestic and international property investment funds. These reviews are divided by sector, and cover hybrid, direct, global, domestic, mortgage and Asian property funds and securities. In FY21011 a review of global infrastructure will also be undertaken.
Each review covers a range of reports from different fund managers, and at the close of each review Adviser Edge releases a market report, containing an overview of each fund within that sector, and a discussion of the sector’s performance as a whole.
Adviser Edge’s property sector reviews each incorporate a detailed research and returns modelling process, including market research, analysis of fund management personnel, site visits and detailed quantitative analysis.
